GIE FAQ & How-To Guides

1. Upload clean product shots.

   Go to Products, choose “Upload product asset,” and drag PNGs or JPGs with transparent backgrounds if possible. Each file is auto-tagged with dimensions.

2. Set a primary hero asset.

   Select a product and click “Set as primary” so the Product Shots page knows which image to highlight for instant previews.

3. Open Product Shots.

   Visit Product Shots, pick a template (flat lay, lifestyle shelf, macro glam, etc.), and confirm the product asset displayed in the preview carousel.

4. Adjust styling & scene prompts.

   Use the “Environment” dropdown plus the prompt text box to add instructions like “sunlit kitchen counter with subtle steam.” Toggle Use background if you’ve uploaded a brand background.

5. Queue shots & monitor progress.

   Click “Generate product shots” to queue 4 renders at a time. You’ll see status updates in the toast notifications and the Gallery.

1. Pick or paste a prompt.

   Describe the scene you want (e.g., “Editorial portrait in neon lighting, moody teal rim light, shallow depth of field”). Tap “Prompt ideas” if you need inspo.

2. Select a style preset.

   Choose from curated presets: Editorial Neon, Fine-Art Moody, Outdoor Adventure, etc. Each preset adds guardrails to lighting, palette, and camera language.

3. Toggle brand assets.

   If you’ve uploaded a logo/background via Account → Brand Kit, flip on Use logo or Use background for automatic placement.

4. Submit & monitor queue.

   Click “Generate” to queue 4 renders. The request gets an ID you can track via Gallery or the status badge on the page.

5. Review & organize.

   Open the Gallery item to toggle Public/Private, add it to a Collection, or copy the share link.

1. Choose a base template.

   CTA Builder ships with carousel, tall story, square promo, and email hero layouts. Pick one that matches your campaign.

2. Select imagery.

   Use the “Foreground image” picker to pull from your Gallery or Product library. You can mix portrait + product for side-by-side hero shots.

3. Write copy + CTA.

   Fill in Headline, Subhead, and CTA label (“Shop drop,” “Book now”). The preview updates live.

4. Pick a palette.

   Pull from your saved brand colors or try the AI palette suggestions. CTA buttons automatically adapt to maintain contrast.

5. Export.

   Choose PNG or SVG and click “Download CTA.” Completed assets live under Gallery → CTA tab.

1. Visit My Faces and click “Upload reference face.”
2. Drag 3–5 high-quality photos (front, profile, angled, different expressions).
3. Set one as Primary—that’s the default used in every generation.
4. Delete outdated angles anytime; the app will warn you before a face is removed from the model.

• Encryption: All reference photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you (and approved admins) can access them.
• Public vs private: Gallery items default to Public. Flip the “Visibility” toggle on any item to hide it from Showcase instantly.
• Ownership: You own every image you generate. Use it commercially, personally, or for social as long as it’s lawful.
• Deletion: Head to Account → Privacy to wipe faces, assets, or your entire account.
