1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Generative Identity Engine (GIE) service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Beta Program & Free Usage

GIE is currently in beta. During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge to all users. However, please note:

  • Beta access is subject to fair use policies and resource availability
  • We reserve the right to implement usage limits or restrictions if individual usage becomes excessive or unsustainable
  • We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that consume disproportionate resources
  • While we strive to provide generous free access, we cannot operate as a charity and must ensure service sustainability
  • We reserve the right to transition to paid plans at any time with reasonable notice
  • Beta users may receive priority access or discounted pricing when paid plans launch

By using GIE during beta, you acknowledge that free access is a privilege, not a right, and may be modified or revoked to ensure fair access for all users.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use GIE for personal and commercial purposes under the following conditions:

  • You must upload only images of yourself or images you have permission to use
  • You may not use the service to generate images of other people without their consent
  • Generated images are your property and may be used for any lawful purpose
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GIE to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Impersonate others without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload images of minors

6. Subscription & Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to images you generate. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

GIE is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
